WALDRON-Reverend Monsignor John E. The Diocese of Brooklyn announces the death of Reverend Monsignor John E. Waldron, senior priest of the Diocese of Brooklyn and Pastor Emeritus of the Parish of Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Brooklyn), in residence at Maria Regina Residence. Monsignor Waldron was born on March 31, 1941 in Manhattan, New York - was ordained to the Priesthood on May 28, 1966 and died Saturday, May 24, 2014. Monsignor Waldron served the Diocese of Brooklyn as Pastor of Visitation of Blessed Virgin Mary (Brooklyn) as well as Parochial Vicar of Immaculate Heart of Mary (Brooklyn), Saint Teresa of Avila (Brooklyn), and Our Lady of Mount Carmel (Long Island City). On September 11, 1989, he was named Prelate of Honor to His Holiness. Wake is at Thomas F.
