Collins was the Pastor of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Jackson, TN.He leaves to cherish his legacy his wife, Noval Collins; six sons, Raleigh (Lawanda) Dodson, Marquintus (Katoya) Parram, Franklin ( Anita) Collins, Andrew Collins, Alex Thomas, Dontavius Collins; one daughter, Anna (Alec) Carter; two brothers, Edward Graham and Wheatley (Virginia) Graham; two sisters, Eva Thomas and Barbara Nance; sixteen grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.Visitation for Pastor Collins will begin Tuesday morning from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m., at Mercer Brothers Funeral Home.
