Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Henry Beattie and Agnes Sanders Thompson. Becky retired from Ag South, formerly Palmetto Farm Credit. She was a member of New Prospect Baptist Church, Ruth Group, and Auxiliary Member of the Gideons. Becky was an inspiration to everyone she came in contact with and always had a smile on her face.Surviving in addition to her husband, the love of her life; is her daughter and best friend, Laurie Moore of Laurens. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Jimmy Thompson; and her sister, Mary Hughes. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, November 20, 2014, at Forest Lawn Cemetery conducted by Rev. Tommy Lowe. The family will be at the residence. Visitation will be at the cemetery immediately following the graveside service.
