QUEEN ESTERWILLIAMS, 81Family Svc. Supervisor LAKELAND - Queen Ester Williams, 81, died on Sunday, August 12th, 2007 at Valencia Hills H & R Center of respiratory arrest. She was born July 11, 1926 in Avon Park, FL., and moved to Lakeland in 1970. She served as a supervisor at Tiny Tots Day Nursery (Lakeland) & PCOC (Bartow) for many years before her illness. She was recognized on many occasions professionally for outstanding service in community service. She leaves to cherish her memory a wonderful family: son, Vincent Collins, Lakeland; sister, Annie Lee Owens, Lakeland, two brothers, Joseph Williams, Miami, and Archie Lee Williams (wife, Carolyn), Westbury, NY; grandson, Pra'Shaun Collins, Lakeland; special niece, Alfreda Murray, Lakeland; 8 nieces, 7 nephews, 36 grand nieces & nephews, a host of other relatives. Visitation is Friday, 6-8 pm at Sixth Street Church of Christ, 320 W. 6th St., Lakeland. Funeral service will be Saturday, 12 pm at the church.
