LOCKHART-LEE, PHYLLIS S., 69, of Louisville, went home to her heavenly Father on Monday, August 19, 2013. She was a faithful member of the Little Flock Missionary Baptist Church and was a retired employee with the state. She was preceded in death by her son, James (Scooter) Lockhart; and sister, Mattie Hinkle. Mrs. Lee is survived by her children, Phyllis Rabb (David), Gero Lockhart, Tangie Horn (Dwayne), Zonda Lockhart-Fuller; 10 grandchildren including her first, Brandon Lockhart whom she helped raise; one great-granddaughter; and sisters, Hattie Sistrunk and Mary Catherine Gentry; also surviving are a host of relatives and friends. Funeral ceremony will be 11 a.m. Monday, August 26, 2013 at her church, 1030 S. Hancock Street with burial to follow in Green Meadows Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. on Sunday at the church.
