LEE, PhyllisDecember 29, 1919 – March 29, 2016Lee, Phyllis (Sim Sing Lee) peacefully passed away at Vancouver General Hospital on March 29, 2016, in her 96th year. Survived by her sister Helene and brother Ronald. Rest in eternal peace Phyllis. Special thanks to the wonderful and caring staff at Crofton Manor and Vancouver General Hospital Emergency Ward. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend an interment service, which will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Ocean View Burial Park, 4000 Imperial St, Burnaby, B.C. followed by a Celebration of Life (details will be given after the interment).
