GENEVA- Phyllis J. Smith, 83, formerly of Geneva, passed away on Monday (March 7, 2011) at Ashton Place, Clifton Springs.There will be no prior calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday (March 12) at St. Stephen's Church. Entombment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery Mausoleum.Memorial contributions, in her name, may be made to Our Lady of Peace Parish, Ontario Yates Hospice or to a charity of one's choice.Phyllis was born in North Tonawanda and has been a resident of Geneva area for many years. She was the daughter of the late Normand and Mabel Peters Daumen. She was a member of Our Lady of Peace Parish, Winnek Post # 396 American Legion Auxiliary and the Geneva Women's Club.She is survived by her children: Kevin M. (Marie) Smith of Fairhaven, Wendy A. Barton of Corning, Susan M. Deacon of Fairport, and Peter J. (Nancy) Smith of Geneva; nine grandchildren: Timothy and Matthew Smith, Nicole Willbrant, Joshua Bell, Trevor and Cory Deacon and Shannon, Melissa and Rebecca Smith; and several nieces and nephews.She was predeceased by her husband: Robert J.
