Phyllis E. Smith of Whitney Point Phyllis E. Smith, 90, of Whitney Point, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 11, 2008. She was predeceased by her husband, Leslie C. Smith in 1988, also her parents, brother, and sister. She is survived by her brother, Don (Bud) Teresa Smith; three brothers-in-law, Paul (Rose) Smith, Fla., Asa (Ethel) Smith, Don (Teresa) Smith; best friends, Mariam Lamb, Edith Randall, Donald (JoAnn) Swarts, Sr., Barb, Keith Vanderburg, and Michael, Lisa Reynolds; also many nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Upper Lisle Baptist Church. Graveside services will be held on Monday, April 21, 2008, at 10 a.m. in Upper Lisle Cemetery.
