Phyllis D. Smith, 89     NAPLES - Phyllis D. Smith, 89, widow of Stanley A. Smith Sr., died Oct. 4, 2005 at the Bridgton Hospital after a prolonged illness.      She was born in Portland, a daughter of William and Flora Maines. She attended schools in Portland, Naples and Casco.     Surviving her are two sons, Robert Hamilton of New Gloucester, and Stanley Smith Jr. of Falmouth; three daughters, Phyllis Louise Hamilton of Naples, Flora Smith of Middletown, Conn., and Sandra Smith of Westbrook; three nephews; two nieces; and 11 grandchildren.     A private graveside service will be held for the immediate family.
