Philip Terry, 55, died Aug. 30, 2010, in Costa Rica. He was born in Detroit and was a former resident of Jensen Beach. A refrigeration technician by trade, he worked for some years at the Indian River Plantation (now Hutchinson Island Marriott Beach Resort) in Jensen Beach. Survivors include his sister, Michele (Terry) Thomas of Stuart. He was preceded in death by his parents, Philip and Vicki Terry of Birmingham, Mich., and Hobe Sound. services: Services will be private.
