LEWIS, Peggy M., 69, of Jackson, Ohio, formerly of Port Richey, passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2004, at Heartland of Jackson in Jackson. She was a retired admitting and outpatient clerk for Community Hospital of New Port Richey. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in New Port Richey. She was formerly a member of the Holiday Hills Civic Association in Port Richey and the Elfers Senior Center in Elfers. She is survived by her step-daughter, Diana J.
