Smith, Pearl Evelyn Rochester: Jan. 1, 2008 at 100 years of age. Pearl is survived by many loving nieces & nephews, & her sisters-in-law, Marion Krompart & Pearl Krompart. Pearl married her late husband, Earl Smith, on August 7, 1929. He preceded her in death in 1949. She has been a member of the Lutheran Church of the Reformation since 1929. Pearl attended Geneseo Normal College & worked as Office Manager for Stecker-Traung Printing Co. for 45 years. She was active in the Order of the Eastern Star, serving twice as Past Matron of Golden Rule Chapter, was the Past District Deputy Grand Matron in 1968; & was a member of Lilac Chapter No. 57 in Webster, NY. She also was Past Mighty Chosen One in the Lalla Rhook Cauldron. Friends may attend her Eastern Star & Memorial Service on SATURDAY (1/5) 1:30 PM at CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, 495 N. Winton Rd.
