Pauline D. Boivin of Fitchburg; 66 FITCHBURG Pauline D. (Bergeron) Boivin, 66, of Fitchburg, died Friday, April 10, in her home. She was born November 19, 1942, in Peterborough, New Hampshire, daughter of Regina (Fortin) Bergeron and the late Paul E. Bergeron. Mrs. Boivin worked for the former Independent Lock Company in Fitchburg and was a member of the American Legion Post 429 Ladies Auxiliary. Mrs. Boivin was a caring person who enjoyed catering meals for the elderly. She also enjoyed bingo, playing cards, bowling, volleyball, and traveling. Besides her mother, Regina Bergeron of Leominster, she leaves her husband of 44 years, Robert H. Boivin; her daughter, Lisa A. Boivin of Centerville; three brothers, Norman Bergeron and his companion, Joan of North Hinsdale, NH, Paul Bergeron and his wife Edith of Carson, CA, and Ray Bergeron of Fitchburg; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Robert Bergeron and her sister, Alice Erickson. The funeral will be held Thursday, April 16, from Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg, with a Mass at 10:00 A.M. at Saint Joseph Church, 49 Woodland St., Fitchburg. Calling hours are Wednesday, April 15, from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. in the funeral home.
