Paul Joseph Brown III Paul Joseph Brown III, 60, entered into rest October 17, 2008, at his residence. A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. EDT Tuesday, October 21, 2008, at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home-Riggins Road Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. Paul was born in Atlanta and moved to Tallahassee in 1989.He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam Era. Paul was retired from the State of Florida - Dept. of Health, WIC Program Office where he was an investigator. He graduated from the Lovett School, in Atlanta, and received his B.A. degree from Georgia State University. Paul is survived by his wife, Patricia W. "Cissie" Brown, of Tallahassee; son, Paul Joseph Brown IV (wife, Jenna); daughter, Elizabeth Paschal Brown; one sister, Catherine B. Walsh, of Hot Springs, Ark. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Marine's Toys for Tots Program or the National Parkinson Foundation.
