Welsh, Paul J. III, 51, of Largo, died Friday (June 15, 2007) at Hospice House Woodside, Pinellas Park. He was born in Bossier City, La., and came here in 1970 from Atlanta. He was an inventory manager for Xerographics, Largo. He was Catholic. He enjoyed fishing. Survivors include a son, Paul J. IV, and a daughter, Kayla Welsh, both of Clearwater; his mother and stepfather, Kay and Lew Carter; three brothers, Jim Carter, Clearwater, Rick Carter, Palm Harbor, and Marc Welsh, Michigan; five sisters, Kathleen Doss, Stokesdale, N.C., Shannon Welsh, Columbus, Ga., Nancy Thomas, Pinellas Park, Kara Thomas, Youngstown, Ohio, and Kileigh Labrado, Longmont, Colo.; five nieces; and two nephews.
