Jerry Smith, Jackson, TN; daughters, Beverly Dodd and Teresa Smith, both of Jackson, TN; grandchildren, Luke Scoggins, Lance Scoggins and Kara Dodd; great-grandchildren, Jace Scoggins and Jordan Friend; brothers, Hoyt Kemp and Harold Kemp, both of Rutherford, TN; sisters, Lita Perryman, Crownpoint, IN and Helen Coble, Dyer, TN.
