CASEY, Patrick A., 70, passed away Friday, October 7, 2005. Mr. Casey was a Classification Officer for Florida Department of Corrections, retiring after 32 years of service. He served in the United States Air Force, was a member of First Baptist Church of Avon Park and was a resident of Avon Park since 1959, coming from Dothan, Ala. He is survived by his son, James E. Casey of Avon Park; brother, Hollis Casey, Frostproof, Fla.; and granddaughter, Stephanie Casey. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2005, at 1 p.m. at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Vernon Harkey officiating. Visitation was held on Monday October 10, 2005, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Silver Hill Cemetery, Frostproof, Fla.
