<!-- FH = Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods, KY -->Patricia McKenzie-Frasher, 72, of Flatwoods, Kentucky and formerly of Melbourne, Florida passed from this earthly life Tuesday, January 11, 2011 in the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.Mrs. Frasher was born in Ashland, Kentucky on May 18, 1939 to the late Richard McKenzie and Helen Ford-Hencye. She was a Registered Nurse with Putnam Community Hospital in Palatka, Florida for many years and was a member of the Quick Methodist Church in Quick, WV.Survivors include a son, Joseph Frasher and his wife Rhonda of Melbourne, FL.; a sister, Deanna Reid of Flatwoods, KY.; two granddaughters, Tiffany and Kayren Frasher both of Melbourne, FL; and several neices and nephews.The family of Mrs. Frasher may conduct a memorial service at a later date.Donations are requested in her memory to The Ashland Community Hospice Care Center, 2330 Pollard Road, Ashland, Kentucky 41101.Arrangements are being handled by Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods, Kentucky.
