MacDONALD, Patricia A. (nee Jordan) Passed away peacefully with her family at her side on August 20, 2012 at Hospice of Windsor at 67 years of age. Beloved wife of 48 years of Robert. Loving mother of Elizabeth Hooker (Robert) and Kelly Nantais (Mark). Predeceased by parents Oliveen and Glenn Jordan. Cherished grandmother to Sydney, Jordan and Laila to whom she referred to each of them as "Sugar". Dear sister to Mary Jane Bechard. She will be remembered fondly by sisters and brothers- in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. Her strength and optimistic attitude, passion for life, gardening and strong family values will be cherished forever. Special Thank You to Anne MacDonald who held us all together during this difficult time and Hospice of Windsor & Essex County for their loving staff and generous volunteers caring for her and making her feel at home. Cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends will be received at Hospice of Windsor & Essex County (6038 Empress St.) on Saturday, August 25, 2012 from 1-4 p.m. at April's Garden where there will be a Celebration of Life. Burial service to follow at a later date at Maple Leaf Cemetery in Chatham, ON. In kindness memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Windsor & Essex County.
