SMITH, Patricia M. 79, of Palm Harbor, passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2008, at Woodside Hospice House of the Florida Suncoast. Survived by children, Stephen (Susan) Smith, of Maryland, Christine Smith-McNamara, of Washington, Tom (Agar) Yanulaytis, of California, and Timothy (Susan) Smith, of Virginia; 7 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild; nieces and nephews; and many dear friends. Preceded in death by husband, Frank T. Smith, and her brothers. Mrs. Smith and her husband were founding members of St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church; she was a board member of St. Luke's Woman Council and of the Palm Harbor's Newcomers Alumnae and Friends Club. A Funeral Mass will be held Monday, March 17, at 11 am at St. Luke's Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Hospice of the Florida Suncoast.
