ATKINSON, Patricia Jean Patricia Jean Atkinson (Fraser) passed away Thursday, August 2, 2007 at the age of 74. Pat was born on December 29, 1932 in Lacombe, Alberta. She was predeceased by her husband Gordon in 1989. Pat is survived by her children Ted (Sandra) of Denver, Alixe (Jaret) of Calgary, and Ken (Dawn) of Dallas, seven grandchildren, James, Jayme, Mallory, Patrick, Braye, Casey and Devon as well as many other relatives and a large circle of friends. We are profoundly saddened by Pat's passing but are comforted knowing she had a long and joyous life. Pat was a volunteer in numerous capacities including Alberta Children's Hospital, Meals on Wheels, St. Andrew's United Church and reading to children to name a few. Services will be held at St. Andrew's United Church (924 Heritage Drive S.W.) Monday, August 13, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alberta Children's Hospital.
