CHRISTIAN, Patricia Isobel Cecelia Bernadette (nee Patricia FitzGerald) Patricia Isobel Cecelia Bernadette Christian, nee Patricia FitzGerald, passed away in Victoria Jubilee Hospital on September 13, 2010. Pat leaves behind her two sons, Paul Seale and Nigel Seale and their two wives, Sheryl Seale and Susan Seale and grandchildren: Jaime Seale, Demian Seale and Evan Seale-Mackay. She also leaves her sister, Joan Graham of Dublin Eire and Joan's children and grandchildren. Born on September 27, 1924 in Dublin, Eire, Pat went to various convent schools and later joined the Wrens in World War Two. She met Peter Seale and married in 1948, had their first son, Nigel and moved shortly thereafter to Rhodesia where they started a tobacco farm. Patricia decided she did not like Rhodesia and asked Peter to find a more suitable country to live. They chose Canada and moved to Victoria BC in 1952. Her second son, Paul was born in Victoria in 1954. Patricia was well known in the theatre community in Victoria and acted in various plays mostly with Langham Court Theatre. She was very active in the arts community and counted many of "The Limners " as good friends. She worked in number of medical positions throughout her life as a Ward Clerk and in a number of doctors' offices. She is very much missed and loved by her family and good friends she called "the Grannies ". There will be a memorial for Patricia on October 30, from 11:00 AM 1 :00 PM at the First Unitarian Church of Victoria, 5575 W. Saanich Road where all of her family and friends are invited to attend. 606107
