Harrison-Morris, 73, of Kannapolis, NC formerly of Weaverville, NC went to be with the Lord on Tuesday March 15, 2011. She was a daughter of the late James Alston Campbell and Elizabeth Jane Campbell. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her first husband of 35 years, Ronald Benjamin Harrison.Survivors include her husband, Clyde T. Morris of Kannapolis, daughters; Elizabeth H. Ponder and husband Gary of Leicester and Robin Jackson of Weaverville, and two sisters; Betty Alston Borowski of Asheville and Joan Farrally of Anchorage, AK. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.Funeral service for Mrs. Morris will be conducted at 6 p.m. Friday March 18, 2011 in the Turkey Creek Baptist Church in Leicester with the Rev. Ricky Townsend officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:30 p.m. until the service hour at the church.
