HUNTINGTON, WV-- Patricia Carole Thomas Carter, 61, of Huntington, WV, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2006, in St. Marys Medical Center.She was born July 23, 1944, in Spartanburg, SC, a daughter of the late Leo Vernon and Mary Agnes Spratt Thomas. Patricia was a former teacher in South Carolina.Survivors include, her husband, Dr. William A. Bill Carter; a son and daughter-in-law, William A. Carter II and Gail Carter of Charleston, WV; a daughter and son-in-law, Dr. Jennifer Carter McCain and Jeffrey T. McCain, of Proctorville, OH; two grandchildren, Daniel and Anna Carter of Charleston; two brothers, Gary Edgar Thomas of Tucson, AZ and David Vernon Thomas, Sr. of Enoree, SC; a niece, Lisa Thomas; and two nephews, Mike Thomas and David V. Thomas, Jr.Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday, April 13, 2006 at Greenlawn Cemetery, Spartanburg, SC with Rev.
