->Brown, Patricia A.On February 16th, 2013 Patricia Ann Brown, 76, passed away peacefully. Pat is survived by her two daughters Penny (John) Stringfield, Stephanie (Michael) Charnetsky, and her five grandchildren Allyson, Johny, Brianna, Jenn and Chris. Her brother and sister-in-law Bob and Ginny Borne, as well as her nieces and nephews. She is also survived by many friends whom she considered family especially Shannon Kilmer. Pat was born in Thompson, P.A. and moved to Binghamton after high school. She pursued a number of careers, but most enjoyed her time working in hotel sales marketing. Pat joined the Sam's Club Team when they opened locally where she retired. After a year of volunteer work, she went to work in the Johnson City School District as a lunch lady. She will be remembered for the kindnesses she showed to many through her customized cards and thoughtful gifts. Pat loved slot machines, her Sunday morning class, the Christmas Tree Shops and a glass of red wine, but most of all she loved and took pride in her Grandchildren. Services will be held Saturday February 23rd at Tabernacle United Methodist Church, 83 Main St. Binghamton, NY with Rev. Stephen Heiss officiating at 12pm, family will be receiving friends from 10am until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider donations to Tabernacle United Methodist Church.
