CANANDAIGUA - Patricia A. "Patty" Bennett, age 79, passed away Thursday (February 12, 2015) at the Wayne County Nursing Home.There will be no prior calling hours. A grave side service will be held in the spring in Rushville Cemetery at a time to be announced by the Kenneth J. She was a graduate of Ovid Central School and had been employed at Finger Lakes DDSO as a direct aide in Newark, N.Y., retiring in 1990 at age 55.Patty is survived by three children, Jacqueline (Richard) Frere of Canandaigua, Debra Baker of Richmond, Va., Michael (Linda O'Dell) Bennett of Waterloo; four grandchildren, Raena Brown of California, Chad Baker of Maryland, Bryant Baker of Virginia, Troy Bennett of Flint, N.Y.; and three great-grandchildren; three brothers, Roger Hazard of Webster, Frank Hazard of Henrietta, Richard Hazard of Canandaigua; and several nieces and nephews.Patty was predeceased by her sister Phyllis Goodman.
