HOPKINTON Pamela M. Davis, 82, of Hopkinton, died Sunday, May 4, 2008, at the Leo LaChance Nursing Home in Gardner. Born in England, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Edith (Barlow) Martlin. She was the wife of James L. Davis of Hopkinton. A Hopkinton resident for over 50 years, she worked at the Hopkinton Public Library. Besides her husband, James, she leaves one daughter, Melanie M. Noonan and her husband, Joseph, of Gardner; one brother, Edmund Martlin of Virginia; one sister, Barbara Howard, of Maine, and three grandchildren, Meghann, Kristina and Joey. A graveside service will take place on Monday, May 12, at noon at Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Hopkinton. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Chesmore Funeral Home of Hopkinton (www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com).
