Pizappi and her husband, Daniel, of Bloomingburg, NY; a son, Fred Ray Smith, Jr. and his wife, Jacqueline, of Mahwah, NJ; five grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Fred Ray Smith, Sr. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, January, 25, 2008 at 4 PM at Mountainview United Methodist Church, North Street, in Bloomingburg, NY.
