July 21, 2012 Patricia A. Smith, 73, of Bridgeport, passed away Saturday at St. Joseph's Hospital following a long illness. Pat was a crafty lady who enjoyed reading, camping, hunting and the beach. She lived life to the fullest, spending quality time with her family. She retired from St. Joseph's Hospital as a data processor in the payroll department. She was a former member of the Eastwood American Legion Women's Auxiliary. She was a graduate of St. Anthony's High School and Bryant and Stratton. Surviving are her husband of 53 years, Theodore "Ted" Smith Sr.; sons, Ted Jr. (Rena) of Pennellville, Robert J. of Cicero and Sean (Allison) Smith of Baldwinsville; daughters, Mary (Kevin) Mulhern of Bridgeport and Elizabeth Perfetto of Utica; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main Street, North Syracuse. Services will follow at 7 p.m. Burial in North Syracuse Cemetery will be private.
