VAN HORN, Nora Mae, 78, of Tampa, died Wednesday May 7, 2003. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Van Horn in 1983 and is survived by her son, Harold Van Horn of Ashburn, Va.; a brother, John No rvel Hill of Golfito, Costa Rica; a sister, Ruth Germain of Oswego, N.Y.; a grandson, Michael S. Van Horn of Seffner, Fla.; great grandson, Michael F. Van Horn of Lithia, Fla.; and a niece, Donna Hill Horton of Oakhill, Ohio. Mrs. Van Horn was a member of Peninsular Christian Church, where she was active in the choir and "Young at Heart". She was past president of the New York State Rebekahs and was a graduate of Oswego High School, Oswego, NY. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 10, 2003 at the Peninsular Christian Church, 3600 Ballast Point Blvd. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 3-5 p.m and 7-9 p.m. Friday (tonight) at Blount & Curry Funeral Home, 605 S. MacDill Avenue.
