SMITH, Nellie May, age 83, died at the Highlands Regional Medical Center in Sebring. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 31, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Dowden Funeral Home in Sebring. The fam ily will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until service time. Mrs. Smith moved to the Lake Placid area from Mulberry, Florida in 1962. She was a retired nurses aid and was preceded in death by her son, Gary S mith. She is survived by her daughter, Judy Mae and her husband, Butch Smith of Lake Placid; three sons, LeRoy of Stanford, Conneticut, Dennis of Okeechobee and Rex Smith of West Palm Beach, Florida; one bro ther, Clarence Grubaugh of Van Wert, Ohio; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
