Member of Old Pilgrim Baptist Church. Surviving is daughter, Janice (Keith) Edwards Talley, Duncan, SC; sons, Jimmie Edwards, Joe Edwards, Dennis Edwards, Eugene Edwards, Larry Edwards all of Duncan, SC, and Steve (Mary) Edwards of Siloam Springs, AR; sister, Floree Wright Woodruff, SC; brothers, Jimmy Sullivan, Duncan, SC, Ulyses Moore, Simpsonville, SC, and Melvin Morris, Travelers Rest, SC; grandson, Tura Miller, reared in the home; niece, Betty Johnson, reared in the home; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be Saturday, June 30, 2012, 1:00 pm at Old Pilgrim Baptist Church with visitation from 12:00 noon until hour of service. Burial in Lower Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
