HALE-WILSON, NELLIE JO, 70, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2006. She was born May 6, 1935, in Mayfield, KY, the daughter of the late Eulice and Opal Moubray and she was the owner and operator of the Toad Stool Inn Restaurant on Dixie Highway. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ronnie Moubray. She is survived by her husband, Al Wilson; two sons, Mark (Pam) and Tim (Merilyn) Hale; four daughters, Patti Turner, Beth (Jimmy) Wemes, Leigh Ann (Ray) Carter and Leslie (Tim) Kaelin; 15 grandchildren, Shelby, McKenzie, Macy and Cassidy Hale, Kim Fairchild, Andrew Kinnaman, Michael Turner, Jason, Jeffrey, Kelly and Johnathan Wemes, Jacob and Paul Carter, Tim Ross and Matthew Kaelin; five great-grandchildren, Ashley, Aaron and Keeley Fairchild, Olivia and Hannah Patterson; and her sister, Jean Outland. She was a woman of strong faith and a compassionate heart. Funeral services will be held at noon Monday at W. G. Hardy Funeral Home, Valley Chapel, with burial in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 - 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may go to Hospice and Palliative Care of Louisville.
