MILLER, Neil R. Rev. Dr. Rochester/Corning: Passed away December 27, 2009 at age 74. He is predeceased by his Italian parents, Fidelis and Maria Giuseppe Miller and his two infant brothers. He is survived by his 2 sisters, Gina (Tony) Ruocco; his twin sister, Grace Miller R.S.M.; nieces and nephews, Richard (Melaine) Ruocco, Mary Jo M.D. (Tom) Welch, Tina (Alan) Smith, Ann Marie (Clark) Kinlin; grand-nieces and nephews, Trevor and Mattie Ruocco, Zoe and Jake Welch, Anna Milling, Gena Thomas, Sarge, Miller and Foster Kinlin; many other relatives and dear friends. Father Neil will lie in state on Wednesday, December 30 from 2-7 PM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 1089 Joseph Ave. with evening prayer at 7 PM. Father will lie in state Thursday from 9-10:30 AM with The Mass of Resurrection celebrated at 10:30 AM with Bishop Matthew H. Clark presiding. On Saturday January 2, Father will lie in state from 9-10:30 AM at St. Mary's Church, 155 State St., Corning with The Mass of Resurrection celebrated at 10:30 AM. Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery, Corning. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The House of Mercy, 725 Hudson Ave., Rochester, NY 14621.
