DAVIS Nathaniel Davis, 86, of Braselton, Ga., died Thursday at a Gainesville, Ga. hospital. A native of Jacksonville, Mr. Davis gave up an engineering deferment in order to join the Army Air Corps during World War II. After the war he returned to the University of Florida to receive his degree. Later, in Los Angeles, he headed Daton Engineering Co. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Aaron Davis and Irving Davis of Jacksonville and a sister, Mrs. Ann Reamer of Durham, NC. Survivors include his wife, Lynn Lilliston Davis of Braselton; a nephew, Dr. Richard Reamer of Wilmington, NC, and three nieces, Barbara Davis, Catheryn Winterfield and Janet Davis Owen, all of Jacksonville.
