Nancy Virginia McLelland (nee: Hyde) It is with deep family sorrow that we make it known the passing of Nancy on Saturday July 25, 2009. Born in 1929 and lived a loving full life with her spouse of 60 years Duncan Williamson McLelland and will be so sadly missed. Son, Duncan Lindsay, (wife Kim Angela McLelland) and daughter Leslie Agnes Selwood, (husband Lee Selwood) will forever hold Mom close in our hearts. Mom's Grand-Girls Caitlin Rebecca and Michelle Lindsay (of Duncan and Kim) will never forget the life lessons that she gave them. We acknowledge and thank the teams at RVH from EMS and Emerge to the tireless work of South A staff. Our heart goes out to the workers of South B Palliative Care for the gentle caring they gave Mom. To Rick Irvin (Dr.), our family doctor and friend of 30 years, you gave Mom the lift she needed with your visit, and we all thank you from our hearts. At Nancy's request there will be no funeral or service. To those who knew Nancy remember her laughter and talents as an accomplished artist and how she touched your life, I know we will..... Flowers may be a tribute but her final request is to support Simcoe Hospice and the work that Rick Irvin has begun. Your donation can and will make a difference and provide a softer end of life.
