LEWIS, NANCY LOU, 62, of Louisville, passed away Friday, June 3, 2005, at her residence. She was a native of Louisville, a book binder for American Printing House for the Blind, with 10 years of service, a waitress for the former Blue Boar and had worked at General Electric. She was also a member of Parkland Baptist Church. Mrs. Lewis is survived by her son, Robert Lee Lewis Jr. and his wife, Angie; five brothers, Gene, Donald, Billy, Mike and Grady Dunn; six sisters, Mary Patterson, Ruth Whaley, Linda Hampton, Goldie Soloman, Patricia Bailey and Betty Taylor; and two grandchildren, Zachary Dean Lewis and Hunter Wayne Lewis. Her funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd., with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 1-4 and 5-8 p.m. Monday at Highlands. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Lung Association.
