OLEAN - Nancy J. Williams, of 1516 River St., passed away Friday (June 22, 2012) at the Olean General Hospital after a short illness. Born on August 26, 1954, in Olean, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Schieler Marowski. On July 5, 1975, in Olean, she married Robert R. Williams, who passed away June 23, 1982. Nancy graduated from Olean High School with the Class of 1972. She was a licensed practical nurse and an office manager for Dr. R. Patel. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren and family.Surviving are a son, Robert J. (Elizabeth) Wiliams of Olean; longtime companion Robert Jedrosko of Olean; three grandchildren, Ashlynn Mundhaniohl, Kathryn Williams and RoseMary Williams; two brothers, Raymond (Judy) Marowski of Lexington, Ky., and Joseph (Susie) Marowski of Franklin, Ind.; two sisters, Judy (Tex) Hurd of Bolivar and twin sister Linda (Richard) Williams of Muskogee, Okla.; several nieces and nephews; two sisters-in-law, Sharon (Ron) Johnson of Bunnell, Fla., and Brenda Williams of Syracuse. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a granddaughter, Eliza-Mae Williams.Family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Guenther Funeral Home Inc., 1303 East State St., Olean. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday (June 26, 2012) at 9:30 a.m. in St. John's Church. Father Edward Sheedy, pastor, will be celebrant. Burial will be in St. Bonaventure Cemetery, Allegany. A scripture wake service will be held in the funeral home Monday evening at 8:30 p.m.
