(Caruso) Walker March 8, 2007 Nancy Grace (Caruso) Walker, age 71, of Syracuse, passed away Thursday at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Syracuse and was employed as a Bookkeeper by Longley Jones for 26 years, retiring in 2000. She was a founding member of the Northside Neighborhood Group, volunteer for Weed & Seed, member of the St. Gerard Guild at St. Peter's, was on the volunteer committee for the Columbus Day Parade, she coached girls softball, was a Den Mother for the Cub Scouts, member of the Bereavement Committee at Our Lady of Pompei and St. Peter's and a member of Tomorrows Neighbors Today (TNT). She was predeceased by her brother, Rocco Caruso; and two sisters, Mary Leo and Carmella Colella. She is survived by her husband, Louis A. Walker; a son, Michael R. (Mary) Walker of Cicero; four daughters, Laura A. Walker, Patricia G. (John) Boronczyk, Joanne (Jim) Bleskoski, Angela M. (Kevin) Murphy, all of Syracuse; 11 grandchildren, Jennifer, Mark, Laura, John, Zachary, Karen, Michael, Liam, Megan, Aidan and Colin; a sister, Grace (Anthony) Procopio of Syracuse; five brothers, Anthony (Maryann) Caruso of Syracuse, Dominick (MaryEllen) Caruso of Albany, Carmen (Monica) Caruso of N. Syracuse, Joseph (Louise) Caruso of Liverpool, Angelo (Mary) Caruso Jr. of N. Syracuse; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 9:15 a.m. in the PIRRO & SONS FUNERAL HOME and 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Pompei Church. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours are Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home, 514 Turtle St., Syracuse. The Holy Name Society will recite their ritual on Sunday at 12:30 p.m. Dignity
