ROBSON , Nancy Grace Lewis April 28, 1925 - July 20, 2009 Mum passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side. Nancy was born in Ottawa and later moved to Calgary where she raised her growing family. Left to celebrate her life are her sisters, Mary and Martha, her brother Bill, and us, her children, Leigh (Phil) Hobbs, Bill, Noni (Colleen) Belland, Debbie (Rob) Siegel, Joan (Tom) Clark, Rennie Robson, thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandson. We have many fond memories of Mum. She had a great love for skating and was a world class skating judge. Our family was brought up participating in activities at the Glencoe Club. Mum lived several years overseas and enjoyed travelling. She was an accomplished artist and at the age of sixty, she earned her Master of Fine Arts. Her paintings are proudly displayed in our homes. Her love of family was passed down to us and defines who we are today. A special thank you to Mayen for her compassionate care and to the caring staff of the Beverly Centre. We will miss you Mum. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Holy Nativity Anglican Church, 12707 Bonaventure Drive S.E., Calgary on Saturday, July 25, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the Alzheimer Society of Calgary, No. 201, 222 - 58 Avenue S.W., Calgary, AB T2H 2S3.
