LUCAS, N. Louise, 92, passed away November 20, 2006, after suffering a tragic fall in her home, followed by multiple strokes. Her husband, Cecil E. Lucas, preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Doris Perrette, and husband, Cecil; granddaughter, Stacey Perrette; three great- grandchildren, Scott MacCord, Katie Estes and Christopher MacCord; and great-great-grand-son, Anthony Estes; all of Florida. She is also survived by three brothers, William Fox, Marion Fox, and Roger Fox. Residing in Florida since age 5, she has loved the warmth of the climate and enjoyed sharing the history of Hillsborough County and its pioneers through her eyes and experience with all. She retired after 30 years with the school system working as registrar at H.B Plant and Hillsborough (her alma mater) high schools. She enjoyed many activities including square dancing, plants and her pets. She had an active, sharp mind that challenged all. A funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 25, 2006, at Blount and Curry Funeral Home, Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W. Bearss Ave., Tampa, followed by a private interment.
