Mrs. Myrl O. Davis, age 86, of Panama City, Fla. died on Saturday, February 6, 2010 in a local nursing home. She was born in Houston County, Ala. and was a lifetime resident of this area. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, worked for Sunshine Grocery Stores and retired from Bay Medical Center. Survivors include four children: Donnis Wildman and husband Donnie of Bear Creek, Fla., Ray Davis Jr. and wife Debbie of Youngstown, Fla., Johnny Davis of Callaway, Fla. and Freddy Davis of Panama City; eight grandchil-dren; six great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband: Ray Davis Sr.; her parents: Henry Owens and Lorene Stinson Owens; a sister: Georgia Kent; and her twin brother: Earl Owens. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m.. on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 in the Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Manny Garcia officiating. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Pallbearers are: Donnie Ray Davis, Jody Davis, Jeremy Car-roll, Jimmy McMurphy, Michael Case, Landis Davis and Richard Simpson.
