Leesburg - A private memorial service will be held for Ruth P. Brock, 87, who passed away at her home on August 30, 2008. She is survived by daughter, Sarah Scaduto, of Leesburg; sons, Tom (Micki) Brock, of Ft. Payne and Dewey (Julia) Brock, of Jacksonville; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlton D. Brock. Mrs. Brock, a former Jacksonville resident, was a hairdresser in Anniston for over 40 years. She will be remembered for her kind, generous nature. She loved fishing, Braves baseball, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.
