PLAINFIELD, N.J. - Mrs. Mildred Beatrice Smith passed into rest Friday, January 13, 2012, at the JFK Hospital, Edenton, N.J. The Bulloch County native resided in Plainfield, New Jersey, for many years and was a retired dietary worker.She leaves memories to be cherished by four sons, James Thompson, Claxton, Ga., Thomas James Smith, Augusta, Ga., Alfred Smith and Albert Smith, both of New Jersey; three sisters, Irene Deloach, Twin City, Ga., Kathleen Edwards, Edison, N.J., Shirley Allen, Clito, Ga.; a brother, Wilson Thompson, Newark, N.J.; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.The funeral service for Mrs. Smith will be held 11 a.m. Saturday January 21, 2012, in the Ben Samuel Hill Memorial Chapel of Hill's Mortuary, Inc.
