Jean Hall Moore, age 77, a resident of Cleveland and formerly of Inverness, Florida, passed away Monday, June 23, 2008, at the family residence. Mrs. Moore was the daughter of the late Sallie D. Hall and John B. Hall. Her son, Jeffrey B. Moore and her brother, Spencer E. Hall also preceded her in death. Mrs. Moore recently moved to Cleveland from Inverness, Florida, where she was a volunteer at the Citrus Memorial hospital and a member of the Crime Watch Squad. She enjoyed oil painting, cooking, playing the guitar, singing and she loved going to church. Mrs. Moore was a very giving person and was loved by everyone. Survivors include her daughters, Deonne Puckett-Walls and Shanna Moore Hunderup, her son, Joel T. Moore Jr., her 6 grandchildren, and 6 Hall sisters, Vivian McKeehan, Jewell Hinkle, Gladys Wilson, Ina Caldwell, Faye Long, Linda Ratcliff and her brother, Verlon Hall. Several nieces and nephews also survive. The Remembrance of Life Graveside Service and Interment will be conducted Saturday morning at 11 from the Cohulla Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Dewey Roe officiating. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 p.m. Friday at the Wildwood Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes who has charge of the arrangements.
