Mrs. Betty Joe Wright, 68, of Panama City, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2011, at her home. Betty had lived here for the past 22 years, and she loved fishing, camping, flower gardening, and cooking. But most of all, she loved all of her family. She was, however, especially proud of her grandchildren. She was a member of Carlisle Baptist Church.She is survived by her husband of 22 years: Sarg Wright; one daughter: Cynthia Tucker of Panama City; four sons: Jimmy Tucker and wife Michelle, David Tucker and wife Darleene, Steve Tucker, and Billy Tucker – all of Houston, Texas; fifteen grandchildren, and nineteen great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 2p.m. Tuesday, August 2, 2011, at Carlisle Baptist Church with Pastor Randy Kuhn officiating.
