TALLADEGA - Funeral services for Mrs. Alice Sue Stoffregen Wesley Hart, 74, of Talladega, will be Saturday, May 23, at 2 p.m. at the Talladega Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bryan Camp and the Rev. Ivan Fuller officiating. Burial will follow at the Stockdale Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Hart passed away May 20, 2009 at Clay County Hospital in Ashland. Survivors are two sons, Donald Wesley (Anita) of Decatur, Gerald Wesley (Diane) of Talladega; two sisters, Nell Brewer of Talladega, Birdie Wheeler of Alpine; two brothers, Claud Stoffregen of Waynesville, Mo., Elvin Stoffregen of Athens; grandchildren, Shannon Thomas (Steve), Anthony Wesley (Mandy), Nathan Wesley (Cynthia), Jared Wesley (Allison), Ginger Robinson (Derick), Mary Cathryn; great grandchildren, Courtney Wesley, Anna Wesley, Astrid Wesley, Abigail Howard, Kaeman Thomas, Kamlyn Thomas, Wesley Robinson, Samantha Robinson, Havana Wesley. Mrs. Hart is preceded in death by her husbands, Glen Wesley and William Hart. Active pallbearers are Mark Brewer, Fred Jenkins, Wayne Wesley, Hoyt Wayne Stoffregen, Steve Thomas, Derick Robinson, John David Ayers. Honorary pallbearers will be all members of the Citizens BMC Ladies Auxiliary. Mrs. Hart was a native of Talladega County. She was a homemaker and a member of the Talladega Creek Baptist Church where she was always very active in all church affairs. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 6-8 p.m. Talladega Funeral Home will direct the services.
