PARKIN ALLEN Mildred-May (nee Allen). Formerly of Montreal. Peacefully at St. Lawrence Lodge, Brockville, on Wednesday, December 9, 1998, in her eighty-sixth year. Beloved wife of the late John (Jack) Parkin and dear mother of Joan Parkin Whytock (Lawrence) of Brockville, Ontario and Allen of Roxboro, Quebec. Beloved grandmother of John and Anne Whytock (both of Toronto), of whom she was very proud. Survived by her children and grandchildren, her brother Daniel Allen (Ida), sister Ann Reid (the late Ira) of Toronto, and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Daniel and Rose Allen (Toronto) and one sister, Rose Shoemaker. Funeral private. Interment, with her beloved Jack, at Mount Royal Cemetery, Montreal, with a graveside service to be held on Saturday, December 12, 1998 at 10:30 a.m. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Wall Street United Church or charity of your choice, will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
