SHAW, Mildred Marion Born July 1st, 1927 in Cornation Alberta. Millie went to be with her husband of 55 years, Harold. Ma died peacefully with family surrounded by her side on Wednesday June 8, 2005. Millie leaves behind her children, Marion Bolton (Rick of Cloverdale, Georgina Blosky, Clay Shaw (Christine), Jim Shaw (Carol), and Shawn Shaw of Duncan. Bonnie Blaney (Barry of Nortondale, New Brunswick, Jessie Smith (Larry) of Canim Lake and John Shaw (Lenore) of Powell River. Granny leaves behind 20 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and survived by Peggy Luey (Les) and Doreen Ward (Bill) sister-in-laws and numerous nieces and nephews. Millie was the last surviving member of the Albert and Annie Nash family. Mom's door was always open to family and friends. She was a very generous woman, always doing for others. Granny took great pleasure when the grandchildren and great-grandchildren came to visit, especially the babies. Mom will be desperately missed by all who loved and new her. No flowers. Please give to a charity of your choice. A Tea will be held for Mom at the First Memorial Heritage Hall at 375 Brae Road, on Monday, June 13, 2005 from 1pm to 4pm. 99251
