Shaw, Mildred L.Dec. 12, 1920 - Oct. 31, 2009Mildred L. Shaw, 88, of Nokomis, died Oct. 31, 2009,at Pinebrook Nursing Center in Venice.She was born Dec. 9, 1920, the daughter of John and Anna Morton. In September 1940 she was married to Edward Shaw. They had three children. He preceded her in death in 1984. She is survived by two children, Corky (Rex) Mansfield and Allen Shaw; five grandchildren, Terrie (Rick) Pahlke, David Mansfield, Leesa Tipton, Timothy and Tony Shaw; and five great-grandchildren, Heather, Daniel and Sara Pahlke and Owen Shaw and Nicholas Shauger. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Jean Tipton, four brothers and one sister.There will be a private memorial service at a future date.
